ATOMSK - RESIDENT DIRECTOR
Atomsk was once a member of the alternative hip hop group Phlowtron. Active in the Malaysian hip hop movement since the turn of the century, Atomsk has always been around music - having strong ties with independent musicians of every genre in Malaysia. He is an advocate of Malaysian independent music and fails to see why record labels must concentrate on marketing foreign talents instead of tapping into our pool of talented and inspiring locals.
Coming back from the New York Film Academy, he had a mission, and that was to get his former group Phlowtron getting the recognition they deserve. With Phlowtron releasing their 2nd album, he directed their first single Adikku Pandai Menari ft. V.E, a remake of Aman Shah's yesteryear hit.
Since then he has grown from strength to strength, directing Altimet's Sayang Sayang/S.H.E and Joe Flizzow's breakout signing of Kartel Records - Emcee David's first single - Feels So Good.
Not limiting himself to one genre of music, he is welcoming other musicians of any genre to challenge his creative capabilities in delivering a solid, quality music video.
Currently devising ways to get more Phlowtron videos shot, Atomsk is in post production with Phlowtron's Bicara Neguran and in pre production with Phlowtron's Boom Shake.
